I can't log in it shows 'something went wrong'

Whenever I try to log in I enter my school username after that it shows 

'Error

Something went Wrong (1200)'

and then when I close it it says 

'We can't connect to the service you need at this moment.

Check your network connection or try this again'

  Hey there!

  We have seen this issue occur when the users do not have  "Read/Write permissions" for the application.
  Could this be possible? 

  How many devices affected?
  What make OS version? Make/Model?
  Has it worked prior?

  I would also check to see if there are two versions installed. Multiple versions installed can also be a culprit for this error.
