Python 101 Notebooks issue with Code Builder
When student (not all students, but only a few) try to launch Code Builder, they receive the following error message: (sic) "Unhandled Rejection (Error): Currently in game. Mock shouldnt be enalbed."
Minecraft Education has been updated to 1.19.52. This is on a Chromebook. I saw previous posts that may have referenced this, but wasn't sure if this specific issue had been addressed.

Hi Samuel Kelso,
I'm sorry to hear you are running into this issue. We had one other customer report this as well, and we are currently having our developers take a look at this.
I'd suggest trying to reset the Code Builder cache (it's in the Menu button in the Code Builder window), but I believe that workaround didn't fix the issue for the other customer who reported this to us.
I'll provide an update here once we have more information to share on a timeline for a fix.
Sorry,
Micah

Thanks, Samuel Kelso- So your students are using Code Builder on updated Minecraft Chromebooks, and sometimes on launch, they get an unhandled rejection error. This is out of my league. =D I will wave the flag for you, though!

I have quite a few students with the same issue. Any updates about a resolution?

Hey there Anna,
Sorry to hear. Were you able to clear cache as well as Micah suggested above?

We have cleared the chrome browser cache- because on a Chromebook I assume that is similar to clearing the files cache- but I have not figured out how to clear the code builder cache. the instructions on line say
- From the code interface, select More ().
- Select Reset.
But I don't see a "more" option nor a "reset" option. There is just the "switch the side of the screen" the "fullscreen" and the "change editor" buttons.

Okay! We can continue chatting more in the other post you are on about this.
Thanks!
