THE WILD UPDATE RELEASE IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR MINECRAFT EDUCATION in 2023
That's right! The Wild Update is now available for Minecraft Education Edition. This update brings a number of new features to the game, including:
- The Warden: A blind, powerful mob that hunts players who make too much noise.
- The Allay: A friendly mob that can be used to collect items.
- The Mangrove Swamp: A new biome with unique plants and mobs.
- The Frog: A new mob that can be used to jump higher and eat bugs.
- The Tadpole: A baby frog that can be found in the Mangrove Swamp.
- The Mud: A new block that can be used to create paths and walls.
- The Sculk: A new block that can be used to create sensors and traps.
- The Deep Dark: A new biome that is home to the Warden.
These new features can be used to create a variety of new learning experiences for students. For example, students can use the Warden to learn about the importance of sound in the wild, or they can use the Allay to collect data on the distribution of different items in a biome. The Mangrove Swamp is also a great place to learn about the importance of conservation, as it is a threatened ecosystem.
The Wild Update is a great way to add new excitement and learning opportunities to Minecraft Education Edition. I encourage you to check it out and see what you can create!
