Can't create animals

I host on my MacBook, and my students use Chromebooks to access. All options related to mob creation are turned on, but the mob disappears as soon as it is created.

It seems that the settings of the map do not apply well to the map. Also, I don't know if it's a bug, but I see students working on it often getting destroyed.
