How do you go back to 1.18?

I'm trying to change my current version ( 1.19 ) back to 1.18 but I don't see any way to do so, is it not possible?

  Hey there, 

  We totally understand the need to have it function as it did previously. Unfortunately there are no rollback options, as issues stemming from this recent update involve all players not being on the same version, so that would only perpetuate the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for the patience on this.
