    As a test, try using a different device, a different network, resetting your password and lastly try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Let us know if any of this helps the issue and try one item at a time.

    I have a similar issue: When I press Sign in, it re-directs me to the loading screen and says this once it's done. I pressed sign in but it does the same thing again. My wifi is strong and I tried again and signed out of my Chromebook but it doesn't work.

    Hey there Liam!

    Has it worked prior? Is this on a Chromebook device? Have you tried another device with your login?

    I would also check to see if there are two versions installed. Multiple versions installed can also be a culprit for this error.

    It worked before, but when i played a third time it happened. It is on a chromebook, and I have tried my brothers chrome account with my school accout and it somehow worked, but i would rather use my account. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it didnt work. I don't know how to check if i have two versions. Maybe I got one from this website or the one on the google play store.

    Try going into your programs list and if you see two Minecraft Education programs listed, uninstall one and the issue should resolve.
