Add Ability To Save Code for iPad on MakeCode

Please, please, please add a save feature to MakeCode for iPad. As of right now, the Save feature only exists on the PC version of MakeCode. Online Microsoft states that on iPad, the code files are saved to the browser's cache which on our managed iPads is cleared regularly. So please add a Save feature for MakeCode on iPad. Or even better, add the ability to sign into a Microsoft account and save the code directly to the Microsoft account. That way users can simply log into their account without needing to save files locally and without the risk of loss if the iPad gets reset, erased, or stolen.

  It is an IOS limitation and we are looking for ways to accomplish this.
