Students/Teachers cannot connect to library catalog
Hello, my name is Calep B and I am Site Based Technician for the Clark County School District. Currently we are having issues when students (as well as their teacher) tries to access the Hour of Code 2019 world in their Subject Kit. Here are the steps we have been trying to access the content: Login>play>subject kits>computer science>hour of code> create world. I have attached the screenshot of what happens when we click on create world. Is there any solution to this issue? We have allowed the required URLs through our content filter on GoGuardian and through Microsoft Windows Defender and we continue to get this error. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

Only as a test, if GoGuardian is disabled does this issue still occur? Are you able to try a different network to see if that changes the issue at all? This error is most common when a content filter is in place that interrupts communication prevents library access.
