CodeMaker not functioning correctly after new update

I am writing to report an issue I have been experiencing with CodeMaker since the new update. Specifically, MakeCode in the CodeMaker is not functioning as it did before the update. When using CodeMaker, most teachers and students are encountering a black window, saved projects disappearing, and long loading times for effects or nothing happening at all after starting the program.

I have checked the Minecraft Education support forums and community pages, but have not found a solution to this issue. I am hoping that you can help me resolve this problem, or at least provide some insight into what might be causing it and what steps can be taken to address it.
