Servers are down during multiplayer.

I use the Minecraft Educational Edition in my classes.
After about 15 minutes, the connected player drops out of the server.
This is happening on a Windows application that has been updated from a previous version.
The network communication is fine, so I am wondering if there is a problem on the server side or the application side.
We would appreciate your confirmation and response.
