Cannot log in to education edition on PC with new update

We updated to 1.19.52 and it is working on Chromebook but my student on a PC cannot log in. He is stuck at "Sign In Required - We can't connect to the service you need right now. Please check your internet connection and try again." We are having no issues with our internet connection.
