Signing in takes me to a blank file called “nativeclient”
I have recently updated my iPad’s Minecraft Education Edition app to version 1.19.52, and was very excited until I signed in. It let me enter my email and password, but after entering this information, it immediately took me to a blank file called “nativeclient.”I have tried multiple fixes. I have opened the page in Safari, which took me to a download link of the same file. I have also tried signing in with a different account, only to find that the email is not connected to an account. The button “Open in…” takes me to a sharing pop-up. The “Done” button takes me to the startup page of Minecraft Education where it tells me to sign in or do a demo lesson. I have also deleted the app and reinstalled it, but nothing has worked. I have also noticed that friends using laptop computers have been able to sign in with no trouble. Are there any fast fixes you suggest? If not, is switching to a computer recommended? Will this be fixed in the next update? Please tell me anything I need to know. Thank you for taking the time to read and respond to my issue.

Another note: The account I have been signed in with is DOE account “XXXX@nycstudents.net.” I am signed into this account on multiple devices and have different worlds on each of them. Is this a problem? If so, could it be somehow contributing to this error? I have noticed multiple other users having this error as well. Again thank you for reading this.
