Website isn't loading lessons/drop down menus

I am trying to find lessons based on fractions, but when I search it tells me there are no results. I am also having issues with drop-down menus, such as entering my country and timezone in my profile - the dropdown menus say "no options". Similarly, when I try to use the advanced search, I can't use any of the other dropdown menus. 

Any advice? Is it an issue with permissions on our school wifi?

  Thank you for writing in. It may be a communication error on your schools' network. Can you navigate to this URL: Search Results | Minecraft Education? If you go to the Minecraft Education homepage and use the top search you should see some lessons with fractions.
