super weird bug, minecraft education keeps crashing randomly while using.
minecraft edu will crash randomly, anyone know why?
me and my friends have a project due very soon, and we need to know how to prevent this from happening again, as sometimes it can revert progress, and it happens every 7 minutes ish.

Hi, aidem hwong - I'm sorry to hear this. Can you tell me what kind of device you are using? If you are on a Chromebook, you may have filled the device to capacity for storage, for example. Any surrounding information, and steps you have taken would help.
- restarting your machine
- testing internet connection in a browser
- lowering the "chunks" to render in your settings
- trying to use the world without sharing it (does it crash with just one user?)

We have tried restarting the pc, lowering the rendering chunks for the be lowest, and I think the wifi was fine, and I'm not sure if it crashes with one user, but I do know it crashes with hosting.
Me and my friend are both using computers.
