Minecraft world disappearing

hello, my Minecraft world randomly disappeared I restarted my computer and it was no wear to be found in my worlds. I've been working on the project for weeks

  I am sorry to hear about your world issue. The main thing is that any world you are working on for an extended time should be exported (backed up) in case the world crashes or an update deletes it. If you are on a Windows device you can try a restore point to revert your machine to an earlier time, which may recover that world. Make sure you are signing in with the login that the world was created on. Did the world crash or was there an update before the world disappeared? If anything changed on your device between the time it disappeared may give some insight of what happened.
