Minecraft is not downloading don't know what to do.

Hi I'm a student I need help I can't download my Minecraft when I Install Minecraft and then 1 hour ago it says pending I literally don't know why is this not downloading If anyone has a solution tell me.

  Is this a school device? The school may have blocked the install. If it's a personal device, try running the install as an administrator. Right click the install file and do run as administrator. Lastly, try using a different network to see if that helps.
