VR with Minecraft for Education using HTC Vive

I am admin for an elementary school where all students have Minecraft for Education accounts.  We purchased VR headsets, specifically HTC Vivie Pro 2.  We cannot figure out how to make VR work with the Minecraft for Education version.  Is this possible?  I emailed the 'Contact Us' and their reply was 'I don't have any experience with VR, ask the forums.'

Has anyone used VR (not Rift) with Minecraft for Education?  Suggestions on how to make that work?
