I have been able to go to the Minecraft Education app since February but now it will not allow me to do so. It takes back to having to purchase a license. My school has already purchased a license.

What are you trying to accomplish? Are you referring to the switch in the educationstore.microsoft.com? Now accounts are managed on admin.microsoft.com

I am trying to get into Minecraft Education app on my desktop computer and laptop. The only way to accomplish this is to log into my Microsoft 365 account. Each time I do so, I get a message informing me that my trial is up and I need to purchase a license. My school district has a license that I have used until this week. I can no longer get in.

My portal for MineCraft will not allow me to print the lessons as I have previously in the last few weeks. A blank screen appears when I select the course for the lesson plans and student documents.

Okay, it sounds like your Minecraft software is installed on your computer, but your office 365 account no longer has your license assigned. This may be a common problem for users, because the old Microsoft Store just closed and admins will be adjusting to the new environment.
The folks who admin your school's Minecraft licenses will need to sign in to the Office 365 admin account, sign in as admin, and choose Billing > Licenses > Minecraft Education and be sure you have a license assigned. The old portal is retired now.
As far as getting to lessons, it shouldn't affect that. I am wondering about your password. You may want to try recovering your password if you can, or ask your admin to help you reset it.
