Spectator Mode not working

Hey  my spectator mode is not working and I cant find a solution to the problem it happend in version 1.19.51 after the update is there a fix to this problem?

  Can you send us more info like a screenshot and what type of device you are using? Is this for Minecraft Education and does this happen on the live version? (1.18.85)
