MakeCode asking for Google login

Has anyone ever seen that when you press C to start coding that it asks you to log in to your Google account (see picture)?  When it does that, it doesn't bring up any of the tutorials or lesson material in the coding worlds, it just takes you to the MakeCode homepage.
