Unable to join other worlds/play my own worlds
I have been unable to join others worlds and my own worlds being met with a no session screen or unable to connect screen, I am on mobile and the game is updated to the most recent update
also, trying to host own worlds gives no session, and trying to just play worlds won’t load, met with forever loading.

Have you made sure that you're all joining on the same tenant? Eg, if your e-mail address is my.name@school.com, is everyone using an @school.com e-mail address?
If the join codes aren't working, have you tried using the Connection ID? It's that big long number at the bottom of the hosting panel. People trying to join a world using Connection ID need to click on the three dots to the right of "confirm" on the join screen to enter the Connection ID number.
Lastly, are you trying to join in the same place (on the same network) or from different places/networks? Sometimes when I'm hosting virtual school, some of my students at home can't join my world until I shut down my Minecraft and then re-open it and host the world again.

I am sorry to hear about this issue. Can you tell me if you are on the Beta? For the live version multiplayer should be up and running. If you are on the Beta, multiplayer is having issues that we are investigating. Let us know if you are still having issues on the live version. If you are there might be something on your network scanning/blocking network traffic. Make sure to check all extensions and filters that are in place.

Dominick is there a way to revert a Beta version? We have Chromebooks and I'm not sure if some of my students enabled Beta or if that was the option in our Play Store? I have 3 students in one class who can no longer join a multiplayer world? This happens on just their accounts, whether it is on a Chromebook or an iPad? We are on the same network, using the same email address info... @ ourschool.info
Any help would be appreciated.

No worries, I understand. Take a look at this document to opt out of Betas: Minecraft Education Beta program – Minecraft: Education Edition Support

I am having the same problem

Update: We have realized it is our school’s internet, is there a way to fix this?

Mackenzie Sexton, you'll probably want to check with your IT department to make sure all the right network exceptions are in place. You can find the document that will help with that, here.

It’s not happening with any other schools.

By the way, I forgot to send this before, but this is what we see when we try to host

For P2P errors, please go through the following.
- Make sure that //*.minecraft-services.net/ has been allow listed through firewall and content filters.
- The signaling connections use wss://signal.franchise.minecraft-services.net.
- The STUN and TURN connections use turn.azure.com / world.relay.skype.com on the 20.202.0.0 / 16 IP range using remote TCP port 443 and remote UDP ports 3478-3481
- The peer-to-peer connections between host and joining client use local ephemeral UDP ports specified by the host client (the local port range is defined by the OS) and sent to the joining client via the signaling service.
- Our system now uses ephemeral ports. They will need to be unblocked.
- Try toggling
cellular data
setting to on with tablets, Chromebooks, android phones and iOS phones.- It's a setting under Profile on all devices.

Okay! I will send that to the IT department.
