Thank you for writing in. I will provide what I can about this issue. The usage allowed is a little different based on whether you purchase the academic licenses or commercial licenses.  This page lists the guidelines when you are using Academic licenses:  https://education.minecraft.net/content/minecraft-edu/language-masters/en-us/eula.html

We are currently working on the Commercial usage guidelines.  Here are some general guidelines:

    • This article describes allowed use of brand and assets:  Content Creation and Broadcasting Terms of Use and Guidelines – Home (minecraft.net)
    • Commercial organizations do not have resale rights for Minecraft: Education Edition licenses. Licenses are owned and must be managed by the commercial organization that purchased them; ownership is not transferrable to another entity.
    • You are welcome to use the application and our lesson content in your classes.
    • You cannot re-package our lessons or other learning material and sell it outside of your company.

Let me know if you need any technical assistance on your content build Jose Antonio García. I would be happy to help.

Yes, actually! Basic sites are tynker, and other things, where you change the color of pixels. But there are sites and programs that can add Images. Though they may only be for java.

A program called ImageMap3 works well with Minecraft Education.

    Thank you for your answers,

I have reviewed the legal terms that Dominick indicates to me and it does not expressly indicate anything about including trademarked images within a world created in Minecraft Education.

In some Youtube and Twitch videos of streamer events playing Minecraft, I have seen trademarks being advertised (ej. Samsung, etc.)

Have you seen similar precedents in Minecraft Education? Dani Noble Braidyn isdaboss

Jose Antonio García, I would say for a project like this, I would avoid using any trademarked images. I'd use only original content, or images that have an open/free public use license.

I think the issue is more about "advertising" within minecraft.  This may be a grey area since it is Education and sponsorship for the Event but... Technically speaking, sponsorship is paying for advertising.

Constructed Promotions in Minecraft is the section you might want to read.

If the school is voluntarily thanking folks for their support, I hope it will be possible for some kind of EDU build in the world, and Dan Noble is the guy who knows how. If I can make the Statue of Liberty in a world out of one of these block utilities, there must be something that can be worked out... =] Good luck!
