Structure block export button won't pop up but save will

Hi I'm playing on xbox series s I'm a big fan of minecraft I've been playing since it was on xbox 360 but today I just made a pineapple from SpongeBob and I wanted to put the build in my friends realm which I have commands for cause I was gonna make SpongeBob and Patrick and squidwards house all on a separate world because I couldn't use the /fill command so I tried a structure block I could save the structure but no export was working well the button wasn't poping up in general and when I tried doing the bottom it and when I went on YouTube to find out what was going on it said scroll down to export 3d structure it wouldn't let me scroll down and when I went to even just push a down it would just go to corner so I I'm upset cause I worked hard on the pineapple also sorry for the 7 page essay on what was going on
