when trying to log in it tells me that I don't have an internet connection but I do have internet

  Hi, Milena picazo - and welcome! These messages can be a nuisance! Sometimes a brief internet lag or disconnect can make a difference here. Have you tried exiting and signing in a second time, or using another device?

  • When I get this message on one of our Windows devices, I usually check to see if I can access the internet on a browser. It sounds like you did that. ( I try searching something unusual, that wouldn't be in my cache, like llamas, or porcupines, or I look for new emails =] That's how I check for internet connection.)
  • If I have internet, I try again on the same device, being super careful with username and password, of course.
  • If I still get the same message, I try another computer, or restart. Let me know how it goes. We are here to help!

  pues yo entro pero cuando le doy para poner el coreo no entra
