Minecraft education edition crashing.

Whenever I open Mcedu (minecraft education edition) it says "not responding" then it closes. It wasnt like this before and it started happening a month ago. I tried 1.19, 1.18, and I still have the 1.17 file that doesn't work. PLZ HELP ME SOMEBODY.

  Can you tell us more about your device like its OS and model? Do any of those other versions work at all and when did this start occurring?

  uhh... windows 10 comp i upgraded to 11 like a year ago. No, it didnt work at all, no versions worked.

  my game is crashing while I am fighting other players. It happens when I die. Then I have to restart my computer to fix this.

  Thank you for sending that. Check that only one version is installed on your windows device. Talk with however manages the device to see if there is a firewall or something in place to prevent you from playing. As for game crashes, try using a newly created world and see if interacting with other players still crashes your game.
