I downloaded the program on the laptop and on the phone, but there is no world on the phone, although there is on the laptop

  Hi Yaroslav Muzychka, 

  If you start a world on one device, it will not automatically appear on other devices. Minecraft Education stores worlds only locally, not to the cloud. 

  If you want to use your saved world, you will need to export it, save it to a cloud storage location available to both of the devices, and then import it on the other device.

  Скачал игру, на сайте зареестрировался, в игре не могу авторизоваться через майкрософт.

  Your account will need to be added as a user for Minecraft Education in the Microsoft Admin Center. Our site registration is for the community and to get access to the training courses.
