Is there any way to get my brother stuff back? (not a skill issue)
(sorry this is really long, i just wanted to put the backstory)
During quartine, my brother and I made a Minecraft: Education edition survival world to play on since at the time we only had Chromebooks and Education Editon was available on the Google Play Store. We got quite far in the world, killing the wither, killing the Ender Dragon twice, getting full Netherite, building a full beacon, and building a monopoly of villagers. We also backed up this world numerous times. Now, 2 years later, we have moved to a new school district, meaning our old accounts have been deleted. But, before our accounts were deleted, I backed up all the world saves on Google Drive in case we wanted to go back to our survival world.
Now back to today, we wanted to visit our world again, so we created new accounts using our new emails (unfortunately, we had to use a free trial since our school didn't buy a license to the game). After some problems, I booted up the world and thankfully, the world was the same as I remember the last time we played on it. I had all my stuff and everything seemed normal. But, when my brother joined the world. He was at spawn, missing all his stuff.
I was very disappointed, as he lost all his stuff, but I know why. Every Minecraft account has a unique UUID, which helps the game save your items, progress, username, pets, and ender chests in multiplayer (there might be more to this I'm not a Minecraft expert). The game saved his stuff to his old account, or UUID, but didn't to his new account since the game recognizes his new account as someone who joined the world for the first time. But why I had my stuff? I don't exactly know how, but I think it is because the game assigns whoever is the owner of the world's items, pets, ender chest, etc, to whoever was the previous owner on world save/file instead of assigning it to a UUID. So what I did is that I sent the world save to my brother, and he imported it to his computer, and he had the same exact stuff as I did and the same spot I spawned in, making my theory of how I had my stuff correct.
Now, my big question is, could I change the game's files to assign my brother's stuff on his old account to his new account? It might be possible, but here's an important fact about Minecraft Education Edition. Minecraft Education Edition is Bedrock Edition. You can definitely see this by playing the game. It has the same UI, bugs/glitches, combat mechanics, and looks as Bedrock Edition. This is probably because the game was built off of the code of Bedrock Edition. It's not exactly the same as Bedrock Editon, as in EDU edition there is no marketplace, featured servers, has a slightly different UI, and other things. So fixing this problem I am having should be the same as fixing the problem in Bedrock Edition. Another fact is that if I open the world save using Minecraft Bedrock, it starts importing, but fails. It still could be another reason why Minecraft EDU is Minecraft Bedrock.
Anyway, I know this post has mostly been a story instead of a question, please tell me if any of this changing UUID stuff is possible in Minecraft EDU/Minecraft Bedrock. Thanks.

It might be possible with outside software to edit some of this but it may not work and it may not be easy.
Make sure you do it on an extra Copy of the world.
I think you are looking for an NBT editor or something like that. I'm not actually certain though since I've really not tried to do this sort of thing.0
