Education Edition Launcher

I had support recommend that I try out the beta to see if that would fix issues I'm still having with the stability of 1.18 for multiplayer.  However, I don't really have the time/machines/resources to be uninstalling/reinstalling software to go back and forth from the stable to the  Beta and back again in order to test and then go back to teaching.
If there were a launcher (like for the Java and Bedrock Editions) then We would be able to choose which version we needed to use for different situations.
This would have been great when the update from 1.17 to 1.18 happened since so many problems came up in that update, many of us would have continued using 1.17 so as not to loose almost an entire semester of use on a software we are paying for.
