IMPOSSIBLE TO CONNECT Minecraft education edition

IMPOSSIBLE TO CONNECT to minecraft education edition (website and appli) when i use my organisation ID (@lgtrempart.onmicrosoft.com tenant). I was able to write to you with my personal account.resume : i have many problems to connect in Minecraft education edition and my students too. Impossible to connect in Minecraft application on my computer. I use my organisation ID and i don't go so far. It appear a message in my case : " IMPOSSIBLE TO CONNECT" with inside: "we could not connect you. make sure you log in with your school or organization account and try again".
Fopr my students, a little différence in the message: "Connecting request" with inside : "Unable to connect to the requested service at this time. Check your connection, then try again."
Our organization domain is : @lgtrempart.onmicrosoft.com.
Can you help me please?

  Thx for reply. my connection problem is absolutely not solved. My students and I can't connect with Tenant @lgtrempart.onmicrosoft.com. I don't see where the problem of connecting to Minecraft education comes from. The licenses were distributed to my students and me in Azure AD. I have administrative rights but don't understand much about all the features.

  Is there a tutorial or how to, a procedure when you have purchased licenses through a service provider (DataAvenir)?
  In any case, we have active Minecraft licenses but we cannot use them. It's a real problem

  Once again, to answer you I use my personal account and not that of my organization to answer you. it is not normal

  Thank you for sharing that information. Are you using school devices with your personal account for Minecraft Education? If the cert fix did not help it may be due to some type of security feature in place on the device itself. Can you let us know more about the devices and network situation you and your students are using? The students will need user accounts under your tenant in order to play with you.
