student email can login but can not join
My student's email will allow her to login to a world but will not allow her to join a world. It keeps saying loading....
Other students can join the world on the same device when logged in using their email. I tested this on a mac and ipad - same issue but only with this particular child's login.

Esperando tenga excelente día , debe hablar con el soporte IT del colegio para que revisen si tiene autorización desde dispositivos móviles para el logeo a la aplicación, talvez tiene una condición en la cual tienen GSUIT + Office 365 entonces la validación debe ser desde la plataforma de administración para algunos dispositivos.
