not letting me sign in
Hello, can someone please help me. Every time i go into Minecraft edu, it says ''We can't connect to the service you need right now. Please check your internet connection and try again.'' but my wifi is fine can someone please tell me the solution to this.

HI Devon Nielsen-Lenard - we normally see this error when there is more than one instance of Minecraft Education installed on a device. Take a look at this article:

I have had this problem for months. I had followed all the suggestions I was given. It turned out that there was a Minecraft related app that was causing the problem. It kept cropping up as it would back up from Google. Check to see if there is anything Minecraft related in the Apps manager.
