Hour of Code not working at Play Button
I have an issue that is clearly a domain user problem but cannot figure out what permissions are causing the issue. The issue is affecting (student but not staff accounts) users on Windows 10 or 11 and on MC version 1.18.42
All users seem to be able to play without issue otherwise but if they go into the library hour of code options, it will load for all users but when students get to the first play button, it changes to a stop sign but hangs there and doesn't go further.
We have tried different devices and are 100% certain it is only affecting student domain accounts.
I am attaching a screenshot of the spot they can't get past.

Hi Raymond Ballard thanks for this report. Did you and your students have any trouble downloading the world from the library? We've had some other reports of the issue you are seeing, linked to other difficulties with the library.

Hi Penny,
It did seem to take a while to create the world, but other than that seemed fine up until the play button froze at the stop button. We did figure out most of the issue was that we needed to whitelist the urls in this article (https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047118992) in our Securly console. We still haven't ironed out all the kinks but it is working for students now.
Thanks!
