No sound from app

I have all of the audio settings to the max but there is no sound from the app. How do I fix this?

This is on a Personal computer I have at home, I am running Windows 11 home.

It was working fine when I logged in literally an hour ago.

  Have you tried the usual suspects:

  • Reboot your machine
  • Check for a Windows update, then reboot your machine
  • Make sure nothing else is using the audio
  • Uninstall, then reinstall Minecraft

  Okay it's working again thank you.

  I think the game just needed a reboot
