MineCraft EE crashes every time

MineCraft EE is crashing after a few minutes every time I run it.

I am on a pretty powerful gaming laptop, so it should not be performance related.

  Hi Jason Kries, 

  What have you tried so far (reinstalling etc?)

  Any error messages? 

  If your gaming rig has more than one graphics card, you might try changing the default card for the application from one to another. I found that helped with mine.

  I think my Nvidia program set the render distance too high. It was at max in the video settings for MCEE.
  I turned it down and it hasn’t crashed since. ☑️
