Email suddenly not recognized

We have been logging in fine and using MEE, but now it says email is not valid. Info on Microsoft, shows that it is valid. Why cant we login? why would it suddenly block everyone?

  I am sorry to hear about your issue. Can you provide more information on your issue with screenshots of what you are seeing, device info like OS version, what game client version you are on, and if this is a school network or home network you are using?
