How can I learn to create add-ons for MEE 1.18.32?

Prior to RenderDragon I used https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/minecraft/creator/documents/gettingstarted to guide my 5th graders.

  Thanks, Penny. I'd like to start students on the path to creating Minecraft Education Edition experiences that go beyond the basic blocks. It appears that creating resource and behavior packs will still allow me to add a block or entity. It would be excellent though if we could create wind etc.
