A message keeps popping up on my screen, I have tried downloading and redownloading multiple times and readings others problems with this and can still not figure this out.

  Can you elaborate on your issue with a screenshot of that message that pops up, your device information like OS version, and where you are trying to download Minecraft Education from? Try making sure you are running the installer as an administrator.
