The first thing is to make sure you are logging into the device with the same login information you use to play Minecraft Education. Try clearing out your internet cache as well. Can you let us know what your device model is and its OS version? If this is a Windows device, make sure only one copy of Minecraft Education is installed and listed in your programs and features page. If there are two remove the app version.
